The coaching service
Daily Coaching includes personalized training, flexible nutrition, daily WhatsApp follow-up, the coaching app and adjustments according to progress and need. The No Follow-Up plan includes personalized training and nutrition, flexible food alternatives, the coaching app and monthly updates, without daily WhatsApp coaching. Plans are delivered within 72 hours after payment confirmation.
Enrollment and payment
Choose your duration and region, then contact Mahfouz on WhatsApp. Final payment coordination, confirmation and onboarding take place privately on WhatsApp. Prices are in Egyptian Pounds; packages can be renewed by agreement.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable after enrollment, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Individual progress
Results vary between people and depend on adherence, training, nutrition and individual circumstances. No particular result is guaranteed.
